Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026.

This policy describes how Industrial SlabIQ handles information collected through industrialslabiq.com and its floor-assessment form. For questions or privacy requests, contact jason@industrialslabiq.com.

Information collected

The assessment form collects your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method and consent to be contacted. It also collects the facility city, state and ZIP code, facility type and size, floor type, observed problems, affected area, project timing and any project notes you provide. An assessment identifier and submission time help us organize requests and prevent duplicate records.

The initial form does not accept photographs or other file uploads. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential documents in project notes.

Our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and request activity to deliver the site, verify submissions and help detect abuse. Our submission service uses a keyed, hashed identifier derived from the IP address and time window for rate limiting, together with submission receipts and usage counters.

How information is used

We use assessment information to review your request, contact you through your preferred method and discuss potential next steps for your industrial floor. We use technical information to operate the site, verify that submissions are legitimate, enforce submission limits, prevent duplicate processing and troubleshoot failures.

A preliminary assessment is based on the information you provide. It does not replace an on-site evaluation.

Services that process information

Framer hosts the website and form. Cloudflare provides the protected submission service and Turnstile bot verification. Make processes accepted assessments, and Google Sheets stores the assessment records. These services process information as part of delivering their respective functions and may process it in countries other than yours.

Sending an email to our contact address also involves Google Workspace and your own email provider.

Sharing with flooring providers

We share your assessment and contact information with an independent flooring provider only after obtaining your permission. Agreeing to be contacted about an assessment does not by itself authorize sharing your information with a provider.

Security

The assessment workflow uses encrypted connections, server-side bot verification, field validation, submission limits and authentication between the submission service and Make. Private integration credentials are kept on the server rather than placed in the public form. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain assessment records while needed to respond to requests and manage related follow-up, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Technical logs and service backups may have separate retention periods.

You may email jason@industrialslabiq.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify the request before acting. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.

Cookies and third-party technology

The website and its service providers may use browser storage, cookies or similar technology for site operation and security, including bot verification. This policy does not describe an advertising or marketing-tracking program. If additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, the policy and any necessary visitor choices should be reviewed before enabling them.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website and assessment service change. The published version will show its effective date.
